7月登陆蒙城，准备携带汇票去，不知道中国银行的汇票在蒙城可否解付，我是说不是其它银行托收，因为据说托收要手续费，很贵。 另在国内办理BMO银行卡据说在当地要找指定的银行和人取卡，有人说不方便，不如到了再办，请过来人指示一下。
