各位xdjm们，我申请了魁省一年的访问学者，学校已经给我发信了，但是现在需要申请CAQ才能办理签证，可是在网上查了半天，不知道应寄到哪里了，希望知道的帮助一下，不胜感激！

据我所知你的情况根本就不需要caq.你去办签证该没问题的。
