But I feel lucky enough to have her, she is soooooo cute and sweet, meets all my imagination and expectation about motherhood.

Rich moms get ZERO from QC government. The families with $81k+ annual income only get $50/month (actually $49.5 last quarter) from QC government. Currently I only have that $50 and 55% of my salary for every month, have to count every penny for the formula... The policy just sucks!
