如题有这样的规定吗 不是很多人都夫妇同上吗[FONT=宋体][/FONT] [FONT=宋体]http://www.afe.gouv.qc.ca/en/pretsBourses/conditionsAdmissibilite.asp[/FONT][FONT=宋体][/FONT] [FONT=宋体]Eligibility Requirements[/FONT][FONT=宋体]You are eligible under the Loans and Bursaries Program if: [/FONT][FONT=宋体]you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, refugee or protected person within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act [/FONT][FONT=宋体]you are a Québec resident or deemed a Québec resident at the time of your application [/FONT][FONT=宋体]you are or will be admitted to an educational institution recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport [/FONT][FONT=宋体]you are pursuing or deemed to be pursuing full-time studies in a recognized program [/FONT][FONT=宋体]you have not exceeded the number of months for which financial assistance may be awarded [/FONT][FONT=宋体]you have not reached the debt limit established for your level of education, type of degree or program [/FONT][FONT=宋体]you do not have sufficient financial resources to pursue your studies [/FONT][FONT=宋体]Please note that you are not eligible for the Loans and Bursaries Program if you are serving a prison sentence. [/FONT][FONT=宋体]If you and your spouse are both students, only one of you may be deemed to be a full-time student in a given award year. [/FONT] 请大家注意红字
