The information needed to create and confirm the permanent code will be submitted to the ministère de l’Éducation under an agreement authorized by the Commission d’accès à l’information. "in respect of the attribution of the Quebec Permanent Code." 特别是这句没看懂！ 我和我的爸妈都在中国，没有“the Quebec Permanent Code”。请问：那这一栏“father’s and your mother’s full names ”需要填写吗？ 谢谢！

回复: 关于 "the Quebec Permanent Code”，求助大家！这是表格中要填的信息：Father’s full name maximum 40 charactersGiven name maximum 25 charactersMother’s full maiden name maximum 40 charactersGiven name maximum 25 characters______________________________________________________PERMANENT ADDRESS (optional)______________________________________________________填表的guide的说明是这样的：“Indicate your father’s and your mother’s full names in respect of the attribution of the Quebec Permanent Code."不是让填“Permanent Code”，对不起可能是我没表示清楚。我想知道那这要不要填“父母的名字”呢?
