知足者常乐，不知足者更要乐。回复: 魁北克允许44大职业雇主海外招人虽然雇主不必经历本地招工的流程，但仍需尽最大努力聘请加拿大人，同时工资水平必须和加拿大规范一致。另外，想聘请国外员工的魁北克雇主必须符合临时外国劳工计划（Temporary Foreign Worker Program - TFWP）的要求。LMO和魁北克职业证书（CAQ）申请表现在只需提交给魁北克移民和文化社区部（MICC）。MICC经过核查之后再发送到加拿大服务中心（HRSDC/Service Canada）。LMO必须标明为优先处理流程。

知足者常乐，不知足者更要乐。回复: 魁北克允许44大职业雇主海外招人联邦移民部长康尼3月19在多伦多一个例会上演讲中称，未来数月联邦移民制度将有重大改革，其中包括两方面，加强及加快吸纳一些加前已有工作安排的移民至于高学历如需要领取专业执照的移民，则会仿效澳洲，在移民前须先得到资历认证。

知足者常乐，不知足者更要乐。回复: 魁北克允许44大职业雇主海外招人另一个大的改革，将是针对体力型技工。康尼表示，虽然市场很缺这类技工，但他们很难通过技术移民的打分制度。他说，政府打算设立一个新的体力型技工类别，让这些焊工、建筑工人等能移民加拿大。“欢迎教育程度高的人来加拿大，却面对失业或就业不足，我们显然需要结束这个做法。”康尼说，当专业人士找不到其专业的工作，“他们的技能会过，他们将失去动力及士气，对他们的家庭是悲剧，对国家是浪费。”让国际学生毕业后工作满一年的人申请移民。
