一位关系比较好的同事临时决定搬离Montreal， 需要转Lease，代为宣传一下，这里是房子的情况：-Amazing location.（极佳的地理位置）- 11 month lease (from August - to July) （Lease还剩11个月，8月1日可以入住）- Second floor of a duplex.（Duplex的二层）- Great location in the heart of the plateau, on a quiet street. Very convenient access to stores, transportation, nightlife, parks. （Plateau地区的中心地带，安静的街道， 购物， 公交，夜生活，公园，举步可达）- Apartment is very clean and well maintained. （干净的公寓，维护的很好）- Lots of natural light, skylight in the living room. （室内采光好）- High ceilings (9+ ft in the living room). （9尺层高）- 2 bedrooms, the second bedroom is perfect as an office or a bedroom with a small bed (双卧室，卧室不相连，小卧室可做书房，客卧或儿童房）- Bathroom with separate bath and shower. （卫生间有分开的淋浴和浴池）- Washer and dryer hookups in the bathroom. （洗衣机和干衣机安装在卫生间）- Spacious kitchen with lots of cupboard space. （大空间厨房， 有很多橱柜）- Well insulated and warm in the winter. （不受干扰，冬天很暖和）- Balcony in the back (see picture).（有一个朝向后院的阳台）- LOTS of storage space. （很多独立的储物空间）需要的话，可以转让冰箱，炉头和干衣机，共300刀。房子的图片，地理位置和平面图可点击下面的链接查看：http://montreal.craigslist.ca/apa/5681850280.html对房子有兴趣的童鞋可以在craigslist上直接联系（英文）， 也可以私信 给我，谢谢捧场！
