如果公司有其他的空缺的话，我也会贴出来。这些应该就是所谓求职市场的hidden market.大部分公司中的大部分职位都是通过内部员工申请应聘及内部员工的人际关系网招聘的。实在找不到合适的而又实在急着要人的，才会登广告或找猎头公司。希望这里有朋友觉得合适这个工作，这种非广告类的招聘，如果自己的经验和要求大部分对应，成功几率应该比较高。
