我老公住在Canmore, 我是5月底登陆的。在Canmore没有移民局指定的免费英语学校。请问哪位有这方面的信息,怎样可以在Canmore上免费的英语培训课?或者哪位有类似这样的经历,是怎样解决的?谢谢。

They have the satisfaction of helping someone to read and write - as well as sharing self-respect and a greater understanding of the world. Volunteer tutors meet weekly with their learners at a mutually agreed upon place and time, usually at the library. Who are the learners?Literacy/ESL (English as a Second Language) learners can be parents, employees, retirees, new Canadians. All of these learners have in common a desire to learn and a commitment to reach their learning goals What is the time commitment?Volunteer tutors meet weekly with their learning partners for 1 - 2 hour lessons. Volunteers are asked to attend monthly meetings, and to make a minimum 3 month commitment to help. What are the qualifications for being a volunteer tutor?All you need is time, an interest in reading, and a desire to help. You will receive training, materials, and other types of support. What do we achieve? * Parents can read to their children * Parents can support and assist a child having "reading problems" at school * Consumers can follow directions in product manuals * Learners can pass the written Driver's Licence test * New Canadians can become Canadian Citizens * Many participants have acquired the skills they need to get and keep good jobs, support their families, and share the joy that reading brings
