加拿大移民部今天(周四，2013年4月18日)宣布5月4日将重开的联邦技术移民计划细节：24项职业可申请(见下面附表)，年收5000份申请，每类职业限300份。申请人英语听说读写均需CLB 7级以上，递交材料前学历需先在加拿大指定的4组织认证。 据悉，加拿大联邦技术移民将于5月4日重启，移民部的新闻稿指出了以下几点： 1、申请人的职业需在限定的24项职业类别之中。 2、这24项职业总共只收5000份申请，其中每个类别的上限仅300份申请; 3、有4个组织有资格为申请人提供学历认定(educational credential assessments，简称ECA ); 4、申请人需满足一定的语言要求，具体为Canadian Language Benchmark 7级以上（听说读写均需7分以上） 5、新的技术移民审批过程大概将花一年时间。 可以申请加拿大技术移民的24项职业列表(前面的符号为国际职业分类编号)： 0211 Engineering managers 1112 Financial and investment analysts 2113 Geoscientists and oceanographers 2131 Civil engineers 2132 Mechanical engineers 2134 Chemical engineers 2143 Mining engineers 2144 Geological engineers 2145 Petroleum engineers 2146 Aerospace engineers 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers/designers) 2154 Land surveyors 2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers 2243 Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics 2263 Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety 3141 Audiologists and speech-language pathologists 3142 Physiotherapists 3143 Occupational Therapists 3211 Medical laboratory technologists 3212 Medical laboratory technicians and pathologists' assistants 3214 Respiratory therapists, clinical perfusionists and cardiopulmonary technologists 3215 Medical radiation technologists 3216 Medical sonographers 3217 Cardiology technicians and electrophysiological diagnostic technologists, n.e.c.
