Hi, 最近有换枫叶卡的吗？护照是需要true copy而不是公证是吧？那么护照里面我回国探亲的时候，中国边检盖的印章是中国字，那个需要翻译吧！听CIC的人说必须是certified translator才能翻译。请问最近换发枫叶卡的兄弟姐妹们你们都是怎么处理的呢？谢谢大家！

Now it gets more complicated, but I think a PEng can also act as the translator with a declaration letter by himself? or is a separate authorized translator required? so confusing now.
