各位大虾，俺前段时间面试了saskpower的一个小职位，走到了background check这一步 后来HR说还要查推荐信，然后就没信了不知道是不是黄了~~~各位大侠分析分析~~~有在saskpower工作的大牛现身说一下最好啦~~ 他们最近还招人么?

Different employers have different back check policies. Normally government departments and large companies have more stringent procedures. They are also more bureaucratic so you will expect more time for them to document your information, send your file to an back-check agent, receive a report from the agent and then make decision. If your future supervisor happens to be on vacation, boy you have to wait until he returns from Vegas or Costa Rica. SaskPower is a good employer to work with, especially if you plan to retire from it with a decent pension plan.

回复: 请教一下saskpower面试的流程很多大公司都是把reference check外包给同一家专门做这个的公司帮他们做的。SaskPower也是。他们会给你的reference电话或者邮件，给他们网址，让他们上去网站上做你的reference。要写不少呢。不过我忘记那家公司叫什么名字了，你想要的话我可以帮你查查。
