最近在学CFP（certified financial planner），搜索到萨省针对RESP的新政策：Saskatchewan Advantage Grant for Education Savings Program http://ae.gov.sk.ca/sages 有RESP账户的，萨省会给10%(of your contribution) per kid per year, up to $250 yearly, or up to a lifetime limit of $4500 per kid. Any contributions made from Jan. 1, 2013 will be eligible.这个和CESG（CanadaEducationSavings Grant) 原理差不多，他们两没有冲突。到目前为止，各大银行，信用社还没开始申领，不过不用着急，追溯期是3年，也就是说你的RESP账户的机构只要3年内提供此项grant,就会补偿给你。（当然是越快越好，因为你可以挣更多利息。）
