我司收到一封南非的信用证，请各位大虾帮我看看，有些问题不太清楚。条款如下：Document Required
1. 1 of 3 commercial invoices in name of xxxxx Ltd..
商业发票（我能理解，没问题）
2. 1 of 3 packing lists in name of xxxxx Ltd.
装箱单（我能理解，没问题）
3. Certificate of Origin
一般原产地证（我能理解，没问题）
4. 1 of 3 clean on board ocean bills of lading made out to order, blank endorsed, marked “freight payable at destination”. Notify party xxxx Ltd. Worldwide Transportation Co., Ltd Bill of Lading acceptable.
全套清洁的已装船提单，做成空白抬头，空白背书，表明“运费到付”，通知ltd， WORLDWIDE TRANSPORTATION CO; LTD出的提单可接受。这里空白抬头的意思也就是consignee是TO ORDER就ok?
5. Beneficiary’s signed declaration that:受益人声明
a. Goods conform to SW5828 and SW5829
b. Two full sets of negotiable documents has been couriered to Reichmans Geneva SA, Investec Building, 100 Grayston Drive, Sandton, 2196, R.S.A, within 5 days of shipment.
关于这一点，两套议付文件直接寄给Reichmans Geneva SA银行。这个是对shipper的要求？既然是信用证，为什么还要求寄negotiation documents,这个对shipper来说太不保险了吧？
c. One set of non-negotiable documents has been couriered direct to xxxx Ltd, Infumbe Building,Warner Street,Mbabane,Mbabane,Swaziland.
一套副本单据指甲寄给xxxx公司。（我能理解，没问题）
6. Courier’s receipt issued by any courier company evidencing despatch of negotiable documents i.r.o. DRAFT to Reichmans Geneva SA in Sandton.
这个复印一份底单，证明寄了negociation documents的意思.这个是否可以不寄，只要附上一份快递单复印件即可？毕竟是negociation documents，这个风险太大。
Special Instructions
1. Letter of credit number together with Reichmans reference number O/LS/RGV34867 must be shown on the commercial invoice and bill of lading.
信用证号和order #显示在提单上。。（我能理解，没问题）
2. Appropriate insurance will be effected by Fashion International Swaziland (Pty) Ltd.
这个是什么意思？
3. All bank charges outside the country of the opening bank are for the account of the beneficiary.
开证行之外的所有银行费用由受益人支付。
4. Please request advising bank to forward remaining documents to you in one lot by courier.
通知人通过快递寄发剩余单据to you.这里有没有弄错。这个you是指我们，还是本来改写us?
5. Please debit our respective account with your opening charges. Please advise us by fax of each drawing against the letter of credit and await payment instructions from us.
这里是什么意思？
6. Our general letter of undertaking covers this application.

因为你议付的时候只需要交1/3正本提单，所以信用证另行规定2/3正本单据的处理办法，另外寄给：REICHMANS（这个是开证行吗？），这个对你不利。但据说非州的信用证说是出于保护开证人考虑，不大愿意修改。

由于这个正本单据寄了对你收汇不安全，最好能和客户沟通好后，再决定是否做一份假的快件底单。

翻译错误太明显了，1 OF 3 怎么是全套呢，明明是提交三份中的一份啊。:L

不建议造假单据。万一被开证申请人发现，来个受益人伪造单据，即使你们单据表面相符也无用的，等着当地法院的止付令吧。

楼主，你手上的不是正本LC吧，看上述三个条款，貌似是开证申请人向开证行所填写的开证申请书。
