This advice, together with any subsequent amendments, constitutes the documentary credit issued in your favor and must accompany all presentations.
All paties to this letter of credit are advised that the u.s. government has in place certain sanctions against certain countries, Individuals entities and vessels. citigroup entities including branches and in certain circumstances subsidiaries,are/will be prohibited from engaging in transactions or other activities within the scope of applicable sanctions
Any bank negotiating document must deduct our charges and remit to Citibank n.a.

它信用证前面还规定单据直接寄给客户指定的银行，通过通知行寄的竟然不接受

documents sent directly to our bank from advice through bank are not acceptable 这种情况我该如何处理

单据应该直接交给花期银行，从通知行交单是不接受的。我理解是这样。不知对不对。
