我司收到出口信用证一份，关于付款日期内容有以下3点1.42C mixed payment.
2.46A draft to be drawn in us at sight bearing the clause "drawn under LC NO.xxx"
3.47A payment under the LC will be made as follows
A.30pct of the invoice value will be paid in advance upon presentation of an invoice for the amount at the negotiating banks counter as per negotiating banks instruction. Negotiating bank to claim the amount vide authenticated SWIFT. (在议付行柜台提交一份发票后，根据议付行指示，提前支付发票金额的百分之30货款。议付行根据真实的电文偿付)
B 70pct of the invoice value will be paid upon presentation of the shopping docs in strict conformity with the LC term as per negotiating banks instructions.(余下货款在相符交单后，议付行支付)
我想问，42c和47a关于付款都没有明确日期，而只有在46a关于汇票的签署才有at sight 即期的字样。那么，
1.这样表达的话，整个信用证是不是即期信用证？
2.如果这样表达有问题，是否需要修改信用证，如何修改才合适？

您好，30%的预付款在提交一份发票后就可以支付；70%的尾款要求提交汇票，且汇票期限是AT SIGHT，就很明显是即期信用证了，无需修改条款。
