+certificate of origin issued by a competent authority evidencing that the goods are of china origin
+full set of clean on board ocean bills of lading and one nonnegotiable copy marked freight payable at destination made out to the order of cooperative bank of OROMIA S.C., Addis Ababa, Ethiopia marked notify M/S Mesert Yohanes And Her Family’s PLC (客户公司名), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
+CIQ certificate is required

1.chamber of commerce indicating foreign exchange control license number CBOKRB01002812009 这个去哪里办理 要多久？
2.CIQ certificate is required 装运前检验证书很多人说假证可以 但是如果出问题的话怎么办呢？ 如果走正规程序的话怎么办，要多久？

1.CIQ certificate，现在出埃塞俄比亚货物必须装运前检验，要到检验检疫局办理，这个是不能作假的，假证很容易被查出来，如果要工厂检验，到最后出证，大概7天工作时间
2.原产地由贸促会出

原产地证是去贸促会办的,CIQ证书最好是不弄假的,查出来就惨了

这个钱是什么钱 为什么是我们付呢？
USD125:ADVISING FEE 银行通知费，这个是要受益方支付的。
USD75： OTHER SWIFT FEES 其他电汇转账的费用，这个我也不是很清楚，
看双方商议了可能， 我们公司是没有承担过这样的费用。
