1. notify applicant with full address 这里很明显是在说通知人为申请人以及其地址，是申请人的地址！英语不过关，信用证就难做了。
2. 保险条款没问题，正常；
3. 这里是不管有多少个不符点，都扣40美金，按每套单据收取；
4. 银行费用分摊合理；
5. 7天的交单期确实有点短了，但你这个是近洋运输，7天也算合理吧。如果预计确实不能在7天内交单，还是建议申请更长的交单期，以免晚交单。
6. 议付行的行为，无需理会；
7. 单据相符的情况下，议付行可以向偿付行索偿款项。
