迪拜的新客户，一开始拒绝30%预付款，后来谈成了100% Lc at sight我也从来没做过迪拜的LC， 不知道是怎样的，心里很没底
我们的产品是五金导轨
现在把PI签来了，并且给了几个条款，麻烦各位大神帮忙看一下可以吗？这些条款是不是不可以显示在信用证里面？
1. Shipment must be effected within 45 days. The shipment after a maximum of 60 days cannot be accepted.
2. Shipment samples required. The final confirmation of the order subject to the approval of samples only.
3. The pictures of all ready materials, inner boxes and cartons should be sent prior to the shipment and should get our confirmation before loading.
4. Pre-shipment inspection required. We must be informed about the readiness of the materials, and final list of shipment in detail must be sent at least one week prior to the loading date; so that we can arrange our agent in China to carry out the inspection in time.
5. Once we receive the inspection report and found the materials conformed to the sales contract confirmed; we will send you the ‘ok to ship’ message, and then only you are supposed to make the shipment.
6. Article #, item description, Quantity, finish must be printed on the inner boxes.
7. Barcode must be printed on all the materials confirmed. The required data for barcode will be sent by us. We need barcode on the materials, as well as inner boxes and outer carton.
8. Country of Origin must be printed on all individual packing, inner boxes and outer cartons of the materials.
9. Destination shipment (clearing) charges must be confirmed with us before booking the shipment to avoid any circumstances where we will have to pay any excess charges at destination (Dubai)
我们给客户提过的条款：
Percentage Credit Amount Tolerance: 5
EXPIRY PLACE: IN COUNTRY OF BENEFICIARY
WITHIN 21 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SHIPMENT BUT WITHIN THE VALIDITY OF THE CREDIT
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:ALLOWED
TRANSHIPMENT: ALLOWED
他没有做正面回复，PI里面也没有显示这个。需要让他同意吗?

2,3,4,5条都不宜让客户开进信用证，开进信用证，这张信用证就是一张十足的带软条款信用证。其它的条款，只能根据你自身情况去做判断了。:)

等迪拜的信用证开出来，不清楚的条款再发来分析吧。
从你列的几条看，2、3、4、5是软条款，你们货物装船要受买方控制。跟客户商量一下，以上条款都别开入信用证。
