NDONESIA (ID)                             REINFORCEMENT OF THE TRADE / IMPORT REGULATIONS
The following regulations have been changed based on Ministry of Trade regulation number 82 and 83 which was implemented from April 2013:
1.
a)     Shipments containing food, drugs/medicine and cosmetic which are addressed to Individual receivers for personal consumption, consignee is required to provide an import license from BPOM (Food, Drugs/ Medicine Watch Bureau of Indonesia) regardless of quantity.
b)    Shipments containing electronics and telecommunication items (hand phone, smart phone, i-PAD, i-Phones, PDA etc) which are addressed to individual receivers, consignee is required to provide import license from Ministry of Trade.
c)    Ready-made Garments product valued >=USD 250 above are now required to be accompanied with a Surveyor Certificate from origin
2. Hotels, Personal Consignees , Banks, exhibition imports or any consignee who does not possess Import licenses (API), Customs Identification Number (NIK) , Tax Number (NPWP) are not allowed to import shipments 100 kg and above
3. Importing CD / DVD    a) Individual consignees are allowed to import CD/DVD maximum 10 pieces in each shipment. Shipments containing more than 10 pieces, Import license is required
    b) Companies listed as consignee must provide import licenses to import for DVD / CD regardless of quantity
Without the required import licenses, shipments will be RTO or abandoned or destroyed as per Customs Regulations

从2013年4月开始开始实施以下规则
1、 A、货物包含食物、药品、化妆品，地址为个人的包裹，无论数量多少，都需要提供进口许可证(食品、药品/医学印尼管理局开具)。
B、货物包含电子/电信产品（手机,智能手机, ipad,iphones、PDA等）,地址为个人的包裹，收货人需要提供贸易部开出的进口许可证。
C、包裹为成衣产品，申报价值大于或等于USD250，需要提供原产地的Surveyor Certificate。
2、不具有进口许可证(API)、 海关识别号码(NIK)、税务号码(NPWP)的酒店、个人、银行、展会场的收件人，是不允许进口100KG以上的货物。
3、进口CD/DVD
A、个人收货人可以进口10个以内/票的CD/DVD，若超过10个以上必须提供进口许可证。
B、上市公司作为收货人进口的DVD / CD无论数量多少必须提供进口许可证。

若进口货物没有按要求提供许可证，货物将按海关规定退回起运国或销毁处理。
