Good morning,
We are trying to clear the Spring/Summer China shipment thru customs but we have a quarantine problem with the straw hats and I need your help please.
Under Australian Quarantine laws we need to advise;
• The botanical name for the straw used.
• The content of the straw used.
• Have the hats been treated for import into Australia and do you have the documents so we can send to customs.
I need your help otherwise customs will not release the shipment to us.
