以下是运输公司给我发的一封邮件：大概是说我们的东西被价格控制中心拦住了，要交罚款。我这批货是从土耳其进口的，他们找的货代公司，我是寄到香港的，结果现在扣在了湖北机场什么价格管控。想问问各位大神有没有碰到这样的情况，该如何处理呀。。Dear Client,
Thanks for your cooperation so far and we do hope that you receive your
shipment in very good condition as we had gone through a lot with your
company for this first shipment.
After our talks with the price control office, we receive a call from
the Director of price control instructing us to stop the shipment not to
proceed to HONGKONG. And after inquiring from them what was the reason
for the delay and they gave us the following reason;
1. DISCOUNT COSMETICS sold to you at the price of less than the market
price.
2. Reflective market price sells at ( $200 ) USD per pack.
As a sanction the price control department says they have fined DISCOUNT
COSMETICS with $1,650 USD for selling below expected price.
As a protective measure to the Turkish market, you have been levied with
the fine as below and the shipment has been stopped indefinitely, $220
USD Caution payment for Trading.
