We think that you haven't to remake this because we cannot accept
your company's policy.
We are not even sure that this will be according to our collection.
Our company policy is that we think it is an investment from suppliers
to send samples in order to start business together.
If styles are not followed with order, we send back samples to suppliers.
It is our way of working with all Chinese suppliers since many years.
We never paid samples charges X2 or X3.
If it is followed with order , price of sample is included in the order,
if styles are not followed with order, we send back samples to suppliers.
It is same with DHL, it is also investment, and we send back samples it
will be at our charge.
So plse cancel our request for style ...

好久没有上,看到这封信忍不住登录了下,强烈建议楼主答复:OK just forget about it.
对于这样的客户,不要宠坏它,如果你的产品真的对它有吸引力,它会来找你的,如果只是一般,这样的客户纯属浪费你精力。
他自己都说,因为不确定是否会入选他们的collection,如不入选再退回,空手套白狼,有那么美的事,最气愤的是他既然还说过去那么多年跟中国供应商做生意一直如此,都是被惯坏的垃圾。

我通常都这样劝客人:邮寄样品就是合作模式的开始,正如处理订单一样,我们提供产品,客人付钱。合作是建立在共同利益至上的,我们的sample policy已经充分考虑了双方的共同利益,如果令到buyer 或 seller亏本,那就不是交易。况且,我们提供样品和操作订单是同样的程序,有the staff in sample department 安排采购样品材料,安排制作,我们已经充分表达了我们的合作诚意。no charge, no business.
