是这样的,我们刚刚给他发过去的一批货,有一种配件他找不到,就发邮件过来大喊大叫。其实,那个配件就装在其中一个夹板箱里,我让他再找找,他说没有。 另外,还说试机的所有配件(我们是大型机械)都应该是随机附送的,妈的十几万呢,有些我们都是外购,怎么附送?他们已经不是第一次因为记录没做好就跑过来吵我了,妈的,真的很气愤,就发了封邮件过去。后来在我强大的理智干预下又修改了下措辞。不知到会不会激怒他,忐忑啊。。。Mr. XXX
Something please make it clear:
1. the 4 pcs of baldes your mentioned in last email, you get them along with the flying saw and welder, that's from me, right? this is a different order.
2. Now we are talking about the 10 pcs of blade 500 x 80 x5mm which are shipped with the 2 inch pipe line and most of the moulds. This is order you with L COMPANY, right?
And now what we are confused is with item No. 2. These 10 pcs of blades were placed in one of the plywood boxes. I want to know if you checked all the boxes or not??
Now let's talk about the spare parts.
Maybe we have some misunderstanding with the words for "spare parts for commissioning". As you know, to run the mill we need a lot of spare parts for backup, fo example the vaccume tube and capacitor. We did offered some with the machine, but also you know that they may break during transport, installation or commissioning, that's why we reccomend you to order some spare parts for standby. You seems to hesitate at that time, so we recommended you some basic spare parts, that's why we talked "spare parts for commissioning". Some spare parts you have to order because we don't produce them, we also have to buy it from many other suppliers, so how can we offer them for free?
Mr. XXX, also I don't understand why you alwas lose your temper like this? You are older than me and have more experience in life, I respect you very much and whatever problems appear, I'm thinking about solving them instead of argument, but if you keep talking to me in this attitude, it will confuse me the way to cooperate.

我觉得还是有点问题,我也有这样的客户,说发的东西怎么不对,一开始也大呼小叫,跟他解释下,他就没气了。他来叫了两次,都被我化解了,每次我都说有问题再来问我啊,表面客气,内心早就诅咒他18代了。最后我还是发邮件问他需不需要我们提供什么帮助了,他也没回什么了。
有些客户就是这样急躁的人啊,不像中国人内敛。

你这段话,真的没必要发过去,他本来就是急性子,你再这样说他,估计真要急了。退一步来说,只要这个客户让你赚到钱了,忍下无所谓的。只要不打电话来骂你,在邮件里面发飙你就当放屁喽。做业务的要记住:伸手不打笑脸人啊!内外适用。

楼主,能忍还是忍一忍吧。 我的客户也是很挑啊~搞得最近可能连供应商都有点毛了,但还是得迁就着点。

LZ,我苦恼的是和我老客户没发沟通,每次在电话里要我报美元的价格,但他在邮件里给我的目标价是欧元,最让我不明白的是,我报的美元价比他欧元的目标价低一大截,我这也比较无语吧
