前三个礼拜Google找了一个客户，有邮箱，有电话，有联系人....马上再搜搜下看到客人网站，和我做的产品一样，赶紧地发邮件过去....客户信息不方便透入简称KH，请谅解...纯属分享，没有任何其他意思，欢迎大家总结做单经验....

We are planning to buy a 40 " high cube container with mixed products such as :
Cotton 100%
Quilts - 140cm x 200cm - 200cm x 200cm - 220cm x 200cm - White colour - plain fabric tc 52*47/110*76 - polyester filling - 400gr/m2
Pillows - 60cm x 70cm polyester filling 700gram
Pillow cases - same as pillow
Bed sheets - 90 x 200cm - 140cm x 200cm 220cm x 200cm
duvet cover - same as quilts
If you can inform me about the prices, amounts in a 40"container we can talk further details.

通过询盘觉得是个实盘，但是也不排除是套价格的...所以没有马上给价格。。。
我回复下客人，问下贸易术语啊,包装方式什么的，不然我报FOB 价格客人又要CIF 价格 不是很麻烦又要重新做一次报价单。。。 也很晚了不能马上报价，我需要确认下面料价格...

客人不到半小时就回复我了，告诉我要CIF 价格，但是包装方式还没有告诉我，这样的话价格就会有相差...
特别是CIF 的价格...

来了...呵呵...银子已经不用算了，出去代理费等等一切费用纯利润...78300RMB (差旅费没有除掉)
问客人包装，客人简单的一句全部单独包装，这个是第一单，等到以后的话再考虑其他的包装方式...

All packed seperately. Not as sets. Maybe we can form sets for the following order but the first order all packed seperately.
这样的包装是很不合理的，成本也会高很多，操作起来也麻烦，，，我赶紧发邮件建议客户采用我的包装方式....

Thanks,but if even the pillowcase,bed sheet and duvet cover packed seperately ,the cost will be a little high and the package will be not look very nice. it is a little waste also.
In my advice that:
1pc or 2pcs pillowcase + 1pc bed sheet + 1pcs duvet cover packed in one pvc bag with the color paper insert.;24 sets in one carton
1 pc quilt in vacuum packing ;1 pc pillow in vacuum packing .. 10 pcs quilt in one carton and 20 pcs pillow in one carton
Packed as above mostly customer do like that,and looked very nice. But just my suggestions,the final decision all up to you.
With regards the fabric could you help to inform use 100% cotton 45*45S/110*76 insted of 100% cottom 52*47S/110*76 ,accept or not ? In the fabric market there is so less 52*47S 110/76, and 45*45S 110*76 is main products.
If you can advice each item quantity, that is better.
