我英语比较烂，不知道这样会不会把客人的中介给得罪了。大家发表下意见Sorry for my late reply, we had a meeting today's morning with our shareholders.
In here,On behalf of the 我公司,I send this official contact to 客户方中介 about the order:
1.我公司 must sign an official contract about the commission and guarantee after the bussiness is completed,the commission will be pay to 客户方中介 on time.
2.我公司 must ensure the delivery and complete the deal on time.
3.客户方中介 should coordinate 我公司 and clients untill the whole order is completed.
4.The commission will be paid in 30 days after the whole business is all finished.
5.客户方中介 should be responsible for the expenditure of commission payment.V.A.T INVOICE(Tax rate 17%) and handling charge.(3%).
6.The Trading conditions should be CIF.
The content of the above is decided by 我公司股东 and should be the necessary conditions of this cooperation.
