发了N封的开发信,结果回复却寥寥无几,严重的挫伤了我们做外贸的积极性。你是不是也有这种困惑?
我曾经也受过这种困惑,以前发了数以上千计的开发信,结果回复性极低.
那么你有没想过,曾经发出去的开发信,会积极的去跟进?
任何的公司,你就发了一个介绍就完了了吗?
老实说,非常少的潜在客户会对你的第一封信感兴趣,是在他看了的前提之下。
经过多次的自我检讨和实践,要让对方能对你的信件感兴趣,只有不断的跟进,才会有可能,开发信不在于多,而在于你的信息是否对对方有用。
实战技巧介绍,以下是我开发客户的信件内容,虽然不才,但我愿意分享给大家:

The samples have been sent this afternoon, but the ship company is not allow batteries to get into plane.

So I removed the batteries from sample.

But when you place the order, the price still with batteries. And can ship to UK together.

以上是对一个新潜在客户的开发内容,截止至目前为止,只是一个送样的阶段,但要想提高回复率,一封信是不够,你必须要不断的去跟进,让对方发现你能提供他感兴趣的产品,才会给于你回复。
