合同了快一年的客户,圣诞节前还很客客气气,圣诞节回来竟然发了这么封邮件给我:If you are not interested in doing "these small orders" i could continue place them with my previous supplier.
I just think it is strange that you are more expensive. Their factory is much bigger. This is the reason why I wanted to work with you, beeing a small family owned company.
You are 15-20% to expensive.
各位兄弟姐妹,我该如何回答?求经典回复?

从你对他的重视程度角度去回答吧,并说明,一分价钱一分货的道理,并非卖给他贵,是卖给所有人都是这个价格甚至还要高些,乱吹呗

我觉得他这样说是有目的 一定是你的上文有什么让人家不爽了 LZ为何不老实交代?

我也只是说1000,2000个数量的订单,我们做,图的也不是利润,而是给你们好的服务。
小订单,面料难买,工人也不愿意做。
如果你认为价格高,请给我们个合理的价格。
难道这里有什么说错的地方呢?

首先我觉得LZ自己不愿意做这个单子,不怪客户。
看你说话的口气,工人不愿意做,我是客户的话我也很生气。
客户之所以把小单子给你做就是因为你是小的家庭是作坊,服务好点,他可以有点话语权。他把单子给你觉得他在照顾你,你的邮件让他觉得你是在照顾他。
成本上涨你可以好好跟客户解释,例如详细列出最近原料的价格涨幅,关键是态度。至于价格还是要合理。客户不傻的,他发一个询盘可以收到很大的报价。高的太离谱肯定不行。

关键是你自己把握,你多报了多少不合理的利润,有的话,这是早晚的事;没有的话,那你在哪存在不合理的采购问题,要尽快解决掉;否则就是客人调查有问题。

其实像你这样的小工厂都不愿意做的单子,大工厂更不愿意做了,客户前面就说了,他以前的供应商是更大的工厂,哈哈,多说两句好话,客户还是得找你
