各位大侠，谁知道该怎么办啊？一直听说快递发到巴西超级难清关，没想到真被我给碰上了。
我1月5号发EMS到巴西的货，1月18号到的巴西海关，一直到今天3月2号了还在海关。
事情的经过是这样的：
发货之前咨询了很多货代，都说巴西不好清关，说如果清关清不了货还不能弃件，退回来费用最少是发的好几倍。 都说发EMS退回来的话是免费的。
发货时也把客户的CNPJ写在了PI上。
过年前就把货发出去了，过完年回来我查了一下单号，货还在海关，我就让客户和当地的EMS或海关联系一下清关的事情。
客户今天回邮件说：
i want to ask you WHY did you put on the goods i had bought from you the CNPJ of my company ?
As you said to me , the negotiations would be to person to person and now the federal police want to know why a CNPJ of a company is envolved .
They are asking me the note i payed at western union , which the value is U$ 638,00 and the value on the proforma invoice is U$ 98,00 , how can i explain that ?
Help me to solve this problems and get the goods , which i am in need .
各位，现在到底该怎么办啊？ 谁给支支招 ？

客户如果没有路子，只能先退回来了。你的文件进了海关，就不好从公司变成个人了。

EMS 退回来不会产生费用。 用过EMS 被退过两次回来。
