客人给我寄了水单 就急着要叫我寄提单。。。我没答应客人 结果钱到了后 我这边电放。。垃圾货运公司啊 搞了2天 电放客人还没收到 客人那边货在码头多堆放了一个星期。。客人今天给我写了邮件。。。我该怎么回啊 老客人 比较纠结
如下是客人今天发我的邮件

what i wanted was to receive your B/L release immediately after our payment
i sent you copy of our payment so you could trust us
we never caused any kind of problem to our payment to your company
i know that you hear bad things from tv news about Greece, but they refer to the country economic situation
private companies do not have such problems
our company works for more than 35 years without any problem
our suppliers trust our company and we buy from all counties of Europe, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, India, etc
so i want you to trust us and have a long term cooperation with you
