RT：事情是这样的，加拿大北美客人7月初汇过一个单子的钱了，结果7月底又汇了一遍钱给我，我现在写邮件告诉客人要退钱给客人或者留作下个定单用，但是在写邮件的内容上比较纠结，想直接写的煽情点，还是开个小玩笑，例如：
you have paid for the order 10580 on July 4th and repaid on July 25th,
Please check your record My friend I have talked with you on the MSN before, may i aks that your intention of make duplicate payments is that first money for the order 10580, second same money for the rewards of my good working attitude ,right? just a joke
pls let me know whether you need us to return the payment back to you o treat it as the payment for the following new order.
还是不能开玩笑，怕客人误解，直接写
Please check your record. My friend,I have talked with you on the MSN before, now I remind you by mail.
Shall we return the repeat payment back to you or we can deduct it from the following payment. I am waiting for your comment.

会计汇错款了吧,客户也许还不知道呢, 还是别开玩笑了,呵呵,直接通知客户收到两笔相同的汇款,是否他公司操作错误就行了,简单明了.
