加拿大进出口外贸客人只愿意支付一半的样品费!咋办?XDJM帮忙支个招。谢谢。

各位大侠,小弟小小SOHO一个,经验不足。帮忙看看这个情况如何应付?
这个客人联系了一个多月,现在卡在样品费这里,之前的几个客人都是直接给我先支付全额的样品费的。现在这个荷兰的客人看样子诚意挺足, 昨晚发来的邮件说愿意支付一半的样品费另外的一半收到样品之后再支付。我该如何应付呢?谢谢啊!

We totally understand what you worry about. Normally for the frist cooperation the sample order will be necessary. Per our sample you can learn more about our quality, more details you can see with your eyes. This also is the necessary step when we cooperate with a new client.
So.. following is the sample cost, the sample cost will be little bit expensive than mass produce. we hope you can understand.

J001 : USD462/pc  (Please check our pricelist this type price is USD420/pc not USD398/pc)
J025 :USD104.5/pc
B015 : USD105.5
The total freight cost by FedEx is USD292.
The total cost is 462+104.5+105.5+292= USD964
Payment term: T/T(Telegraphic Transfer ) or Paypal.
Delivery day: 4 workdays after received the payment.
Transit time: 4 to 6 workdays from China to Netherlands which was shipped by FedEx.

Above is our sample cost please check, if you can accept it we will sent you the PI(Proforma Invoice). you can make the payment basis on the PI. after received the payment we will arrang produce the sample for you immediately.

We have two client in Germany, but their order are producing and have not send out now.
So..sorry for that.
How about your order quantity?normally we will return the sample cost to you when you place the order.

Frist of all we are welcome you to China, but our company policy is that we do not pay for the tickets and hotel sorry for that. Why not choice buy a sample ? Because the sample cost will be much less than the cost of going to China.

A sample of our client Germany will be sent to the Cologne Germany.

I am sorry to writing this email to you. Our Germany client sent me email just now. They don't think it was a good idea that you go to visit their company. Apologize for that again.

As we have communicated for several weeks, i found that the divergence between us is regarding the sample cost. But if you want to inspect the quality of our product i think the best thing is to buy a sample ,and you can take the sample to your local professional testing institutions for testing just like what the Germany client has done. So... now there are two options for you.

-- Buy a sample for testing.This sample cost will be returned to you when you place an order.
-- To be a  customer and buy the J001 from our Germany client. But their order will be produced in next month and you can do that until late February.

I pay you half of the sample in front, the other half when i have received it. Can you life with that?

Don''t forget: 1) you approached me at first and 2) when the products are good i will order more ofcourse!!

Question: It''s it also necessary to let the sample approve, so they get a hallmark for Europe? Or do they already have an Hallmark?

现在就是不知道怎么和客人说了,人家都愿意支付一部分了,我还在坚持是不是有点那个了,迷茫中。

楼主你有对这家客户了解有多少?这家客户信誉怎么样?如果是比较大的公司的话是不会在意这么一点样品费的,如果他对你的产品很感兴趣且很有诚意,那就只能由你自己判断或者看你老板的意思了。是否可以让客户承担全部的产品费用快递费你们承担呢?你们可以找一家便宜一点的快递公司啊,比UPS要便宜一点的。UPS的太贵了,本人认为。

个人觉得只接受一半TT的话有风险,而且分两次付还要考虑银行手续费。这个客户真的有些磨叽,如果真的是有诚意也不会在乎这点的,样品费也不是很多。总是考虑到第一次合作怕上当就不要国际采购。虽然现在合作一个外贸客户是不容易,但如果真的合作第一次就要赔那些钱还不如不做。LZ要考虑清楚哈。。

感谢您回答,我也这么想,是有点墨迹,前几个德国的客人到是很干脆,直接TT全额过来了,打算等德国的单子出了,让他去德国人那里按照人家的零售价买算了,虽说找到个客人不容易,就怕这样的客人都时候大货的时候,货款再磨叽几下,就麻烦了,利润又不是很高!

谢谢您的回复,是的其实可以他出样品费我们出运费,只是货品体积比较大,刚问了几个代理,要走快递的话只能走DHL,那样还要加收额外的尺寸超出费用,算下来太贵了,走空运的话费用到是少点,只是走空运的费用也要到2000+rmb啦。感觉划不来,再说了,货到他哪里了,让他补空运费,按照他之前的态度貌似难度很大。所以这个空运费最终十有八九是要自己垫的。
