写公司名字 船名 航次 提单号 然后选择不含木制品 最后写日期 盖章 签名 搞定~

貌似澳大利亚的客户都需要这个，4月份我有一批到澳大利亚的货，客户也要求填这个，还纠结了半天，我刚开始还以为客户要箱单呢。

都选没有木制品的就行了. 出澳洲的海运从10年或更早就一直要填这份表,最基本的.
话说澳洲的认证要求越来越严,都快赶上UL了.
