我的一个西班牙的客户,联系有几个月了,也算是相信我了吧,上周买了样品,这周又要买LED灯条。我之前告诉他了我们公司灯条可能没有另外一家brother company的做的好,然后我推荐他用另外一家的。但是我叫他自己决定,客户没有决定,回复说rely on me,一直催着我做PI。 昨天我做了PI过去(以我现在的公司的抬头),叫他西联会汇款(之前是TT)。今天他给我了如下的回复:Hi Andy:
I´sorry because i haven´t answer your e-mails sooner. It´s been a busy
day, Tomorow morning, early in the mornin I´driving to Madrid for the day,
to be back in the night. (Flights are full these days and it safer to
drive 400km to Madrid and back.Good motorway).
I have an unfinish long e-mail I was writing for you; but unfortunately I
left it in the office when leaving in a hurry with visitors. I´send it to
you when I come back from Madrid.
In the meantime only two things I´d like to comment to you:
1.- The power supply are too expensive, and suppose very heavy as well. We
have that in the office, difficult to sale and we bought it cheaper. We
don´t need IP67.
2.- We only can pay to the manufacturer issuing the invoice.
3.- We need a warranty issued by the manufacturer. You must consider that
we´re trying to stablish a base on which to star working at a larger
volume. It is not important the value of a trial order, but it is the
system. For anything we buy we require a 2 years warranty and we want to
know the risks the warranty is covering and how it will work out. You must
understand that we can´t accept the responsability of possible faulty
lights we haven´t manufactured.
4.- We are interested in the AR111, but in my opinion the prices you gave
to us are too high. We rather prefer bridgelux by instance to get a better
price.
Last week we receive some PAR30, 7*2W Bridgelux, very good and well finish
at the price of 19US$.
I tell you all that in the most friendly way Andy. Now I have no much
time, but this afternoon I learned I had to go to Madrid, so I decided to
drop you a few letters to advance my opinion to you. Pls let me know your
ideas. Take your time before taking desitions, I believe we have plenty of
time to organise things in the best way. Don´t do anything before I
contact you again.
