1- Bank Guarantee – Bid Bond at 5% of the value of the goods with your offer.
2- Bank Guarantee – Performance Bond. Upon award, the bid bond in (1) above will be released and a performance bond at
10% of the value of the award will be required, and it will be released upon receipt of the goods.
3- Bank guarantee – Warranty Bond -With the release of the performance bond in (2) above, a warranty bond is required at 5% of the value of the contract to guarantee that the quality of the goods are per contract, for 2 years, then it will be released .
