本人SOHO,合作多年的一个英国客户，他们有一个APP产品，已经在英国做了，他们自己做技术支持，他们准备把这个APP也放到中国市场，这就需要一个中国的公司做技术支持，像客服之类的，他让我帮他找，我完全没有头绪应该怎么找，这里面有什么需要主意的地方吗？大家帮忙出出主意，集思广益。The main part of our business here is producing web sites and Apps for major uk and global companies, we are about to start a project for a very prestigious car manufacturer. The project is to produce an App where the client can capture peoples data whilst at events and car shows etc. The app itself is not a problem ,the issue I have is that we need to provide IT support for the app should any users have any problems using it. We have to produce it for the European market and China, we can support the European market from our offices, but the client has requested that we support the Chinese market from China. Do you have any contacts with IT support companies in China that may well be able to undertake this task for us, we would give full training of the product to them. It's telephone support that will be required 7 days a week.
