本人没走过拼箱，不知道风险。这次从广州发了201箱货，10个方到东欧，付了3000多人民币给货代。但是现在客户说中国货代提供的那边提货联系的货代还要客户交2000多欧元才能提货。怎么回事啊？我不愿出，他想找我麻烦，这个货本来就只赚得几千块钱，我哪有那么多钱帮他交。他把网上搜到的商务厅的电话发给我，威胁要告我。谁知道怎么处理这样的纠纷不？Your obligation is to delivery the goods to Belgrade.
We have paid the goods including the shipping costs, you send me the
invoice with CIF Parity.In the meantime you say that the goods will be in
Rijeka. You don't speak the true all time.The goods is in Prague.
We request to return us our money or delivery us the goods.We will not pay
your costs.
If you don't wish to do that, we will sue you.I have contacted an China
lawyer who has great experience in fraud cases and I'll empower him to
sue you in China if you don't wish to fulfill your obligation.Also, in
that case I'll sue you for the advance from last time which you received
and did not send the goods.He advise me to register the case to China
Department of Commerce,and Local Department in Hunan.He also gives me

其实到欧洲散货的目的港费用都比较高的，最近客人也跟我提到
3个方到罗马尼亚，客人大概花了700多欧元
4个方到法国的，客人大概花了1200欧元
你10个方3000多欧元差不多了
至于CIF 条款争议： In the meantime you say that the goods will be in

去Belgrade怎么会经Prague？
你给客人的PI中是 CIF哪里的？
如果货物是去Belgrade， 贸易条款不是CIF不适用了，应该是CPT或CIP

应该是到这些点都有退佣的，所以你目的港的收费就非常贵的了啊

在出口散货的时候一定要将国外收费也了解清楚，同时多参照几家散货公司。作出对客户的最好选择。不止国内要价格好。国外收费也要合理。有的货代事前你没谈好。他们就会在国外乱收费用。国外收费是国外客户必须承担的。你应该提前告知他。就可以避免此类问题了。

this is so called destination local cost , which is very high normally for LCL. If your price term is CIF , it's paid by u client surely.
But you'd make it clear enough before order placement for it. Generally Sea cost for LCL very cheap and surely charge terrible high cost for destination local cost. This way, u may take it more or less but u client must pay it for most of it.

but if don't mention it clearly , must pay some of it to avoid any more suing coming out as client declared.
