加拿大外贸
简单说明下，这个客户是英国的，黑人（没想到）2014年去英国参展的时候见过本人，2013年12月发来询盘，一直联系了解产品，包括报价，想做代理，发来合同。但是一直没下单，也没要样品。有把我们的产品放到他们的网站上。2014年1月去英国参展，他来我们展位，让我很惊奇是个黑人，
没有名片；之前就自称是个博士。
展会后也一直保持联系，到5月的时候又联系上我 说要样品。要用PAYPAL付款。
好了，骗术来了，以部分来往邮件形式展示下：
Hello Mr XX （我的名字）
We would like a sample of the XXX. Please invoice us and tell us which payment method you would prefer.
What we want are as follows:

We would be very much obliged if you could expedite the order.

立马发了相关PI并附有我专用的PAYPAL账号。
第二天收到他的邮件：
Dear (我的名字)
We have paid the invoiced value of the samples via PayPal at the quoted market rate of exchange between USD and GBP at USD1.6869 = 1GBP.
Please, in the future we would as that you do not send us invoices denominated in USD because we would have to purchase the dollars and the purchase attracts transaction costs which would eventually make the products much more expensive for consumers to buy. The reason is that we would have to add the transaction costs associated with the purchase of USD to the overall cost of the purchase each unit item of the product.
We look forward to receiving the samples.
邮件中有小纠结跟我扯，其实是为了让我相信他的又付款，然后我收到另外一封貌似来自PAYPAL的邮件 要我确认收款，需要填我的个人邮箱和密码，这时我就很警惕了，而且他没有用我给的PAYPA邮箱付款，于是我邮件回复：
Dear Mr.（他的名字）
Thank you for your following up.
Please note after double checking by our financial team,
we did not receive the payment note or confirmation via Paypal from your side.
You may recheck our official Paypal account XXXX@gmail.com （PAYPAL专用邮箱） to
find out the unsure reason for the remittance.We have experience to receive lots of amounts via paypal but without such a delay.
Meanwhile,we received an email for claiming an amount 142.1GBP by signing up a new account with @XXX.com (我的商业邮箱)[email=leo@and]and[/email] input password. Our paypal account
[email=eloam2011@is]is[/email] officially issued by XXXcompany （我的公司）any unauthorized request of business email address or password will be forbidden and disregarded .
Pls do us a favor to check this out so we could move forward as soon as possible.
结果他回复：
Dear Mr（我的名字）
We could not send the money otherwise because PayPal UK would not allow [email protected] (PAYPAY邮箱). We tried it but the system would not accept the account. It treated it as invalid account and insisted that we input a valid email that was why we had to use （我的商用邮箱） If you know of any other way that we could have sent the money by express why didn't you say so?The sum of 142.01GBP is 240USD under the current foreign exchange market rate whereby 1.6889USD = 1GBP. Accordingly, we think you could try to accept this payment on this occasion and in the future we can then try to determine the most suitable methods of payments. Having said that, Mr Wei we are disappointed at your approach to us. We are your customers, you know. So we think that you should reflect on the fact that we could have Ordered these samples from your competitors. In the UK there is a saying which goes as follows: 'the customer is always right'.
周六的时候还收到PAYPAL的一封邮件说要赶紧确认款项，不然对方就要取消和收回那笔钱。
看到他的邮件 觉得很无奈，顿时没了心情，毕竟联系了这么久，每一个环节都感觉天衣无缝，包括还亲自来展会，邮件互动不下30封，圣诞节过新年也相互发祝福。
我今天最新的回复如下：
Hello,Mr.XX（他的名字）,
We have contacted with paypal organization and confirmed that there was no problem with our paypal account which is valid to receive money.
My email address [email=leo@is]is[/email] not an available account
for paypal remittance and required password input is not acceptable.
In this case,you may cancel the payment and get the money back from paypal UK.
We will have to insist paypal only via our official account
or you may wire the payment by T/T.
To protect mutual business security and profit is always our first consideration.
Hope you may understand.

真浪费时间和精力。。。。。期间发的资料无数。。。。。

你可以直接截图给他，说你们paypal账户并没有收到钱，要求他在次发付款截图过来。
