加拿大外贸
昨天晚上我发了一封开发信给客户,今天早上客户回复了。但不知道怎样找到切入口,拿下这个客户。奥地利老外的英语水平比较低,很多错别字。客户邮件如下:
Hello Sean,
well we need a lot of this xxxxxx- in all shapes.
And of course i am interested in "better" offers than i have now.
But not only the price is the poit.
First of all i have to say, that we haven't worked together until now, with a chinese producer, and the trust is not soo big.
Or with other cuestions, is in your offer a payment after corect delivery possible, or only advance payment?
(in the secound case, i have to say sorry...)

今天客户又回复了我一封邮件,看了有点难过。国内的生产厂家要把质量这一关放在首位呀,不要做一锤子买卖呀
邮件如下:

a international trade is one thing, a delviery from china anouther.
Its only one Payment that i can acept here - and that is paying after delivery and after quality check... Sorry, but we had until now only bad expirence wiht a partnership of chinese productures.

客户比较关心的是付款方式,你要做的是给一个相对精准的价格,让他心动而又让自己利润最大化。你自己利润比较多一点,才能给出相对比较好的付款条件。这老讲究了。
订单一般从小做起,多研究下客户的信用等级,给客户一点信任。

这几天我连续跟踪了两封邮件,客户也回复了。看来我们之间的分歧在逐渐缩小。要找一个双方都能够接受的付款方式。
第一次,邮件如下:
Hi Sean,

第二次邮件;
Well Sean,
The quality was not this quality what i have ordered.
Also the size of the xxxx was not in the range (if i order 58mm i can life with 58.1 or 57.9 but 58.5 is definitly to much).
How i said, i can only acept paying after reciving the goods.
If this is ok, we can speak about concrete offers.
Have you a standart product or how it works?
解释一下,这封邮件里面客户说明,对他前一个我们国内的某个生产厂家的质量感到非常不满意,不是他要定的产品尺寸。然后这个客户被我联系到了。

先研究下这个客户的背景吧,做了多久啊,做哪些产品啊,规模啊这些。如果真的客户的实力很强大也诚心跟你做,你可以跟他商量一下各让一步,也许更好
