2.7主动给客户打了一个电话,没有遇到询价的客户B,而是直接遭遇到他们老板G(当时并不知道此人是老板)。开始说要找B,被告知B不在。于是请这个人带话给B:关于他们要求的付款问题,我们建议选择其他方式。
首先询问是否可以接受阿里巴巴的信保(类似支付宝的方式,不过手续更复杂),被他说他们不会选择阿里巴巴。然后询问他们是否让B提供他们的进口记录,我们会进行审
核,再决定是否接受他们的“全款见提单复印件付款”(旁白:此种付款方式我们公司是绝对不可能接受的,哈哈)的要求。G说B肯定不会高兴去做这个事情的,但是语音语
调听的出来他是愿意和我沟通的。果然,他自己主动提及他们公司的情况,并告知他们跟江苏一家公司合作很久(旁白:事后我调查过,这是一家大型国营进出口公司江苏舜
天,应该舜天只是作为代理出口,真实的供应商另有其人)。得知这一点后,我马上跟他商议:如果你们有合作很久的供应商,那么能否让你们的这个供应商给我们下单,我
们间接给你们供货,货款他们垫付,你们之后付给他们。如果这样操作的话,我们还可以让出一部分利润。客户听了我的建议,说他们需要考虑一下。
整个沟通过程大约20分钟(我是17:30下班,过了几分钟给客户去电话的,等通话结束,看了下时间,显示17:55)。从沟通效果上来说,我的目的已经达到了,就是通过语
音的方式与客户有一个相对于邮件更加即时有效的可以根据客户语音语调等多方面判断此客户是否有真实的采购需求,并决定后续的时间精力投入。
之后我就回家了,但是出乎我的意料的是,客户主动发来邮件,对我们的沟通过程进行了一个回顾。从文字里可以看出他对这次沟通是满意的,尤其是这一句:I am happy

Chinese or Indian supplier.

For the payment term, 30% deposit is great. You have shown your trust on us. But as you know, when you pay 30% deposit, we will buy raw material, and
proceed the wire-drawing/cutting/forging/threading/heat-treatment/HDG/packaging. That means we will spend much more than 30% deposit.
That is why most of business between Chinese suppliers and Overseas customers choose 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipment. Because it is
equal for both party.
If you trust our internal quality control, then you can pay balance after receiving delivery notice, afterwards we will ship the parts.
If you choose 3rd party such as SGS branch in China, Intertek or other inspection company in China, you can require them to inspect the finished parts.
If the parts not OK, we will discuss the solution with you; if the parts OK, you can then pay the balance, and then we do the shipment.
In the future, we will visit your company in Spain, and know much more about your company, we will change the payment term to an easier one for you.

For some reason Mr P is very interested in dealing with you. Believe me, we never do this 30% advance payment and he agreed this time just to start this
business.
Once we have established our business relationship, and you got our payment track. We expect that advanced payment will not be necessary.
For the contracts, we have divided the total quantity considering the weight so it fits into two 20’ containers (total is 48,5 Tons), more or less half
of it in one container and the other half in the second one. First order will be for 5000 soporte 1, plus 9000 soporte 2 and the 1000 soporte 3.
After we receive your first shipment we will send the contract for the second container, for the remaining 5000 units soporte 1 and 11000 units soporte
2.
Weight this way is about 24 Tons, a little above for the second container, that may cause some problem, but we will see how to fit it.
After that probably we will be finishing the year 2017 and facing quantities for year 2018
Approval of samples will be required before the first shipment, not the second or following, unless there is a new piece or there is a big modification
to an existing one.
We will require you to send pictures of all the process, it is good if you send them at least before sending the samples during manufacturing, packing
and loading, so we can help you checking everything is ok.

G suite是谷歌企业套件,是一种网络增值服务,性价比不错;G suite跟Apple是否兼容我不清楚,但是没有果7 plus用G suite没问题,只是在电脑上,如同使用邮箱一样就可以了;西班牙自学了一点点。
