大家帮忙看看这个加纳客户是不是骗子：注意：客户是在发货前付了全款的水单过来。我是在怀疑是不是假水单。因为已经过了10天还没收到。
（U盘样品订单总额不多2000多美金，因为有库存可以立刻发货，客户也是因为急所以才付全款过来）
报了一封U盘价格的邮件后，回复如下：
Thanks for your e-mail and in response,inform you the acceptance of your price list.
You are informed to submit Proforma Invoice for 8,000 pieces trial order as stated below for payment to be effected by our bankers on January 26th,2018.

Payment is by any preferable two terms stated below.
( a ) 100% Irrevocable Confirmed l/c at sight.
( b ) 70% Advance T/T payment and 30% T/T payment before shipment.
However,we request you to inform us within 24 hours cost and DHL delivery charges for 400 PCS available stock SAMPLES as stated below for our bankers to effect full T/T payment on Friday,January 5th,2018.

Then,e-mail total cost of 400 pieces including DHL charges,your bankers name account number and beneficiary for full T/T payment on Friday January 5th,2018.
Copy of T/T payment will be mailed to you.
客户需要400个样品PI，于是发样品PI后，他的回复：
Thanks for your e-mail.
Our bankers will effect full T/T payment of USD2,362 today and payment slip copy mail to you.
Yes,we accept pp bag package.
Arrange the samples package in readiness and dispatch as soon as copy of payment is mailed to you.
2018年1月5日收到水单后，未收到款项，他的回复：
Please,T/T usually takes 4 / 5 days before account is credited.
As the opening date of the Fair is very close,we appeal to you to dispatch the samples by tomorrow.
If it is not possible,please,let us know without delay.
由于客户一直在催我们交货，于是我们给了单号，但仍未收到款项，我们要求DHL在香港先暂停发货，客户回复 ：
Please,we in direct contact with our bankers to know when within the next few days that your account will be credited.
We will never cheat any company because,we want to build long term business with your company.
As a matter of urgency,do inform us the Tracking number.
Let us hear from you.
我回复公司要收到款项后才会在香港放货，客户回复 ：
Please,if it is not possible for you to release the samples,kindly cancel the order.
This is because you are attaching so many conditions to the samples delivery.
Thank you.
然后我们先试图和客户说已经在香港放货，让他立即联系银行是怎么回事，客户回复 ：
Thank you for your maximum cooperation to establish long term business with our company.
Do not entertain any worries with reference to the samples delivery and assure you that your account will very soon be credited and our bankers effecting payment for the bulk order.
We are in contact with our bankers.
请大家告诉我这是骗子还是客户，谢谢！我们现在一切应该都还可以挽回，大不了付DHL退运费，至少比丢失货更好。
样品400个的货值在2300USD左右。
到现在2018年1月14日仍未收到客户从花旗银行T/T汇款过来 的款项。收水单后已经过10天

做一个假水单就行了。
