作为代工厂,我们能做的就是往商业链的最上端游走.......涨价越来越大,客人肯定会越来越吃不消的,这个时候,只能通过入股和品牌的形式合作。
2017年的6月底,我向给我人生第一桶金的客人提出来了入股的愿望,希望我们双方能够达到共赢。客人在SKYPE上约我们视频面议,把双方合作的初步方向定稿了。可能由于在SKYPE催急了,客人也怕我有变数。2017年7月份发来了下面的邮件

Hi Billy,
I just wanted to send you an update so you are aware that we are still actively working on our deal for your 20% ownership.
Last week was a holiday week so things did move a bit slow. In summer in general, it is difficult to avoid delays because people take vacations now.
We did talk to our attorney to complete the license/manufacturing agreement which should be ready to send you Monday.
We will be continuing to have our attorney research all our past agreements with partners and banks to ensure we are following the right procedures to sell and register the 20% of XXX that you are buying. There are at least 6 agreements to review; some are quick but some are more complex.
I’ll keep you updated as we progress. I’m optimistic that we can move forward each week.

不想把客人逼着太急了,所以我也就一直等着。直到8月中旬我又开始问客人了。

8月30号,我们又收到了客人的反馈。
Hi Billy,
I am traveling to Los Angeles today so won’t be in the office.
Our investors are slowly getting back after the long weekend in September, just another week.
Let’s plan an update call for the end of next week if you have time. Thursday or Friday (Sept 7 or 8), let me know if that would work for you.

人家摆明就是不想给你,拖了2年都不给你,如果是我,就不想那样耗,给脸不要脸,一句话劈过去,到底给不给。跟对付阿三一样的态度,不卖就滚蛋,给钱不要钱,逼急了,把他的品牌在其他国家抢注了,一个货都不给他机会去销售,迟早会找你!

客人如约11月28号飞来中国进行了入股的最后一道洽谈,其间重新带他参观了我们的工厂和展现了我们的实力。最终达成一致。目前己经进入律师草拟合同签字阶段了。自到,我们真的走上了品牌之路。

失败的原因有很多。律师介入后,客人要负债1.5M,意味着我出资以后还要相应扛上相应的债务,另外,我提出我来改革并负责其中的一块,品牌方不希望我介入。纯粹投资对于我来说,没有任何意义
