之后又问了另外一款产品,收取了他150美金,2个样品。合并在之前的产品一起寄给他。中间因为种种原因(总统选举、经济不景气等)而推迟采购。跟进后都没有实质进展

。到了8.1,又有了新的询价并几经波折。如下:

一直到2.15下午5点左右,客户突然发短信给我,问我能不能去接他。老板让我开自己的车去接他,然后带他们去一个咖啡馆吃个简餐(这个报销)。之后送他们去酒店(我们帮客户订好,但是没哟大床房,他们夫妻得住标间了)

第二天,跟司机一起去酒店接了客户,来公司也谈了。老板说原材料涨的很厉害,所以之前的报价需要修改,上调约30%。客户说回去考虑一下。然后去他们去野鱼馆吃了个饭,在饭店里随便聊了下,客户也挺好的,讲了一些关于他们小时候以及菲律宾的一些事情分享给我们,我也分享给他了一些我们经历的事情。尤其值得说的是,这个客户带了他们的芒果(金芒,味道确实不错),还有自己磨的类似生姜的粉,可以冲开水喝,他们拿去分了。

饭后,把老板送回公司,我们就把客户送走了。在路上,听到那个女客户跟他老公说,要把订单下给我。虽然订单小,也不太期盼这个订单,但是听了还是比较高兴的。

于3.2跟进,他们答复说新价格接受不了。如下:

I am so sorry, i cant work out your new price.

For the 5 samples, its ok if you can send

but still okay if you cannot send.

Your new price is not acceptable.

爱提问题并且提的问题质量还挺高的人通常都不会差到哪里去
   1 看了楼主那个西班牙的客户,感觉楼主对价格还是有一定的把控能力,至少模具费用方面,楼主强势了一把呢。
   2 从供货,资质等看,这加工厂规模不会小,但是,从员工数量上看,真的好像不大
   3 感觉这老板是个相当善于坐地起价的人,是个对客户心里把握得相当到位的人呢。
   4 厮混一词用得相当到位

   5 你老板英语也很溜咯

这个公司刚成立的时候,是他请我过来的,他一点英语不懂,我在我以前(也是他以前的)东家那里做同行业的业务。因为他不懂英语请我过来,薪资也不错,所以我只负责我的推广和开发客户这一块,供应商询价之类的事情我都是全部寄希望在他身上(之后才知道,价格经常不靠谱。高报了的直接把客户吓跑,低报的等客户付款了再核对才发现问题,然后涨价)。

那这个也太悲催了。我这个老板主要是不懂英语,而且他也不至于会那么不要脸的把我撇开去跟客户谈。而且,我好歹也是一个很有脾气的人的。
不过我跟客户在一起,是不会吃里扒外的。一句话,要么忍要么滚。小不忍则乱大谋。兄弟,你说呢?
以前的合同是2014年签到2017的。去年年底,出纳说以前的合同不见了,让我补签。我当时没补签,我说我那里好像有一个,后来过年也没去找。开年来了继续上班,就把他们给的空白合同签了。

之前我原来办公室里的老业务都是这教我的。报价直接美金给我。报价都是8个点到13个点然后x1.08到1.13这个区间。其中要是砍到1.03倍,那就是没钱赚了。这个其中3个点都是从工厂拉货到深圳的运费,还有其他的杂费那些什么的,价格最低能接受是5个点。还能有点退税出来。
