客人需要的发票：Original receipts for the goods or else we cannot issue our receipts to our customers too.
2. For the receipts, we mean general receipt or bill when you buy something. In this case, when we buy the scales from you we need receipt or bill with the goods, if not we shall have following problems:
2.1 We cannot open bill to our customer (since we have no bill in). It is against to our regulation and I believe it is universal regulation.
2.2 Our sale income will be 100% profit (without cost or 0% cost for the goods), then we have to pay income taxes calculated from the sale figure instead of profit.
And the receipt must be original document from the supplier,not the copy or scan one.

你说的客人应该是泰国的客人了。
如果我理解的没有错误，他要的东西他们的代理公司开一个带代理公司单据章的发票正本就可以了。
客户提到的东西按照我们国内政策就是增值税发票了。但是这个都是国内使用。 所以涉及到国际贸易的话， 他说的就应该仅仅是类似清关发票的东西了。
如果你客户要的是增值税发票就有问题了。 如果是这样， 我的理解是你客户代理要正常报关退税， 就需要你们公司开增值税发票给他们入账。 这样你们除非有开票工厂，否则就不好操作了。 但是估计LZ的意思货都已经发了。 应该钱都已经到了吧。 所以硬挨就是清关发票类的单据。

他们没有进出口权的话,也开不了增值税发票的.
LZ的国外客人要的发票,应该是清关时用的,一般到国外都需提供箱单,发票,及特定产地证来清关.
