急急急!!伊朗客户汇款至农村商业解行已有十天了,但一直未到帐!让客户查询的时候，客户回传的单据上显示在汇出三天的时候已经入帐了，可是公司财务到银行查询并没有这笔款，究竟是什么原因呢？ 会不会是帐户有问题，可是我核对了帐号是没有问题的！！！！ 是以欧元结汇！有了解这种情况的，请帮忙，谢谢！！

不清楚，客户水单是于５月３１号就汇出了！而且客户收到的回单是显示已入帐,我很奇怪! 我司这边帐户却没有这笔款项． 急！

拿回单到分行去查,款项有时会卡在总行

拿客户给的回单到分行去查？？？不太明白，我们公司用的是农村商业银行！是在总行开的帐户！！！ 客户汇的是欧元！ 去银行问过，银行要求提供MT 103报文 说才可以查到信息． 说汇款水单和回单不行！！！

是的，查询汇款的真实性，都只能让客户拿到汇款银行汇款时候的报文（telex)才可以,银行只能查这个
