有没有人遇到过这种情况客户打给我们的是154美金，但是我们收到的货款确是109美金，请问这合理吗？ 是什么原因呢？？

银行会扣手续费的。有些国家，像SPAIN那边的，都是一个单子 不管多少金额，都要扣50USD的。
不同的国家，扣费不一样。

我客户是波兰的 但是我们银行水单上都没有显示银行手续费的……

这个应该是手续费被扣除了， 你所指的是到账金额，
验证方法 ： 你可以让客户邮件发你汇款 底单 bank paper. 查看底单上面的金额是否是154美金，如果是的话，这个情况就是合理的，客户一般情况下是不会承担手续费的，有些客户也会考虑到帮国内厂家垫付手续费。
如果客户传给你的底单上面金额不是154 ，那就是客户那里的问题了，
这些都是小问题，样品是订单的开始，我不喜欢拿免费样品的客户，当客户打了钱买了样品，证明客户很有诚意，你这个订单的希望挺大的，祝你成功。

汇款的手续费或者是中转行手续费。 下批汇款前，你可以在PI上面注明你们公司必须收汇不承担汇款手续费，或者干脆在单价上面加上去。 如果订单数量大的话，几十美金就无所谓了，没必要为了这个搞得客人不开心，很多大公司的财务制度规定都很严格的。都是SUPPLIER承担汇款手续费。

我从2011年4月从阿里巴巴接触一泰国人在英国开的贸易公司，
询问的产品并不是我司主打，不过客人还是很有诚意把他的样品寄给我了，
但他的量只有100个是地脚，告如果必须按他的样品做，须支付一笔模具费，他不想出模具费，就说用我司现有的，随之又发来焊丝，螺丝、钨针等超过8样东西，但每样东西的数量非常小，几乎等同于零售都是5-6箱不到，都不是我司所能生产的，他自己联系好中国的供应商，自己谈的价，然后把联系方式转给我，这样我就与他的供货商联系上了，在6-7月他还不停发奇形怪状产品图片，让我找供货商，我忍不住就说“先把前8样东西确认了再说”他在7月终于支付了总计USD6千货款，我把他USD6千，分到另外六家工厂支付，我本身工厂只得到了USD2千，由于客人付了6千USD之后，江苏一家螺丝厂说量少，生产成本高提高了几分的单价，这样算来，客人还需补余款USD320，我想大头都收到了，并于这个余款USD320等出货前付就好了，客人也答应了，一切货备好在7-25，我发了PROFINVOICE及附带我司老板中行账户，就在此时我的邮件被劫持了，我直到今天才知，备注：客人现在泰国，但是货是运到英国的）
就在7-26，有人以我的名义给客人发邮件，From: [email protected]
注意我的正确邮箱：[email protected]这二个邮箱差别是多了一个“N”

其间我在7-31到8-1号不停催客人付款，得到以下二个邮件让我很愤怒：
原因是：客人说在7-27已付了款，尽管付在骗子账户，但为什么7-30号又说余款同新订单款一起付？（我把以下二个邮件转发客人，客人说以下邮件不是他发的，但落名又是“GERRY”名字？）

直到今天客人催我发货，我催客人付款，客人告在7-27已付款，一切如梦初醒，从7-25到7-30号邮件交往看，是别人进入我的邮箱，或者克隆我本人的邮箱从给账户资料起开始拦截，这说明我的邮箱被黑克了，有人一直在跟踪我，但是从7-30，8-2最后二个客人发来的邮件可以隐约发现客人是骗我的，既然付了款，为什么一会说同新订单一起付，一会又说在休假，8-25号付，这是从客人邮件里发来的，客人说他没有收到这个邮件，直到我今天转发给他，他才知，这难道客人的邮箱也被盗？
发生如此离奇的事，我已打110报警，也跪求外贸达人给点分析意见？

是手续费，我公司的款子也经常少几十美元的。

有些款，客户的汇款行无法直接汇至你指定的户头，中间有中转行，应该是中转行扣的手续费。我也有这样的客户，不过，事后我跟客户讲，我收到的钱没有那么多，中间银行扣了很多手续费，客户也很理解，就把被银行扣的手续费补给了我。有些客户还是挺不错的

应该是被扣了手续费.所以付款之前要同客人讲清楚,你方是不承担客人的付款费用的.

你好！在中国付一笔美金一般是USD54，无论金额多少，但手续费可是付方承担，收方承担与各50%承担三种方式。
如154美金，付方承担手续费，付方就要付总共154+54美金了
如果收方承担，付方付154美金，到帐的就只有100美金了
如各一半，那就是154-27美金到帐了
在国外，每个国家的手续费是不一样的，像你这种情况，很可能是客人只付了154美金，然后手续费全由你承担的这种方式。
不确定的话你可以让客人给你银行底单（BANK COPY），看看金额就知道了。
如果真是这样，你可以跟他说：一人一半，如果利润可以的话； 当然你可以坚持手续费全为对方支付，要不你下次再接单时就
报价就要考虑这手续费的成本在内了。
如还有疑问，请提出来。

我到现在还得， 一票葡萄牙客户的款， 手续费扣了90多美金啊， 看看底单就应该没有问题， 很可能是银行中转的手续费

应该是银行扣款了，不要紧，放长线，钓大鱼，不要为了几十个美金而把大生意弄丢了50美金的手续费，有些银行手续费收的比较贵，正常的。

LZ，如果是银行T/T，中间行会收取手续费的，从你的汇款金额里扣除。不同国家和地区不同金额-中东有点高，一般都是USD60以上，印度那边一般USD15-40之间，欧洲一般USD30左右。
