we accept your offer but about payment terms my boss prefers to use CREDIT INSURANCE or FACTORING at the first business with a new partner. Then, in future, from the second order on, we have no problem in givig 30% advance but we have to know each other first.For this reason we prefer these 2 payment options because they represent a guarantee b广告een us and you are ensured in case of non-payment.
Please take information at PICC (Chinese insurance company). If you can consider this term, I'll send you all our company documents do thy can check.

货值比较大，12W美刀的样子，L/C客户也不接受。
一开始客户是要货到付款的，或者见到B/L正本才付款，谈到现在，说唯一接受的就是通过上述方式付款。。。好茫然，求高人指导。。。
