I have tracked your transfer through to the verification dept because the only amount that went into your account was about 1000 CNY out of the total amount which was sent from the Kenya Bank after due investigation it was discovered that the transfer was stopped by the International financial Monetary monitoring committee because there was no prior clearance on the transfer from the region.
You were supposed to have been issued the clearance certificate before permitting such fund into the central financial system and also permitting its further transfer to your country because it could amount to money laundering which is a great offence and could lead to blacklisting and sanctioning of your fund.
The Government through the bank insists you are required to pay a Non regional tax fee of USD$10,999 USD

一笔国际汇款，从肯尼亚的渣打银行汇到香港，370万美金，但是被 International financial Monetary monitoring committee 这个组织扣了，需要交10999美金的税，48小时以后不交这个税370万美金就被没收了！！请问各路大侠，1、确实有 Non regional tax 这个税么？
2、不交这个税连本金都没了？？
