这里又有两个问题了,
1.第一修修改后信用证变为保兑,但 第二次的修改后,是不是又把信用证变为不保兑了?
2.如果第二次再变成不保兑,我可以不接受,只接受第一次,行不行??各位,如行,请说明一下.
或者,有其它的想法也请表述一下了...
