Tradekey有非常完善的e-support系统。
会员有任何的问题，可以用在Tradekey上注册的邮箱，发邮件到[email protected]的邮箱中。
3秒钟，就会收到Tradekey的反馈内容，包含以下信息：

然后，会员可以根据邮件内容提供的Email地址和密码，登录 http://support.tradekey.com
点击 View ticket,就可以查看到提交的问题了。
Tradekey总部会有专门的客户人员跟进，然后客户就可以根据自己的Ticket ID，Tracking自己的问题了。
